No Purchase Necessary. No payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A Purchase Will Not Improve Your Chances of Winning. You Are Not a Winner Yet. To enter, complete the form above. Entry deadline is the last day of the month by 11:59 pm MST. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or non-deliverable entries.
The winner of the VanishMyBumps.com MONTHLY DRAWING will be determined by the 7th day of each month from all eligible entries received in the prior month. Winner selection is under the supervision of VanishMyBumps.com, whose decisions are final. Taxes, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Contest is open only to residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Canada (except the Province of Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of VanishMyBumps.com and Skin Care Technologies and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Residents of Canada will be required to correctly answer a skill test administered by email. Those who do not respond to their skills test within 15 days will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected. Contest subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void wherever prohibited by law.
Any prize or prize notification returned to VanishMyBumps.com as undeliverable may result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. By acceptance of a prize, winner consents to the use of his or her name, photograph, or other likeness, testimonials and other biographical information for advertising and promotion on behalf of VanishMyBumps.com without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
